This is a longterm project, quite possibly five years or more in the making!
The idea is to create one adventure for every one of the 24 planets in the Sand System. These will then be crossported to Cepheus System, FTL:Nomad, and Mongoose Traveller, and possibly 3Deep, Savage Worlds and Starfinder 2e.
Once those 24 adventures are written, then I will do a second series set on the same planets but based on bounty hunting, mysteries, and investigations.
Then, when they are done, I will create 12 adventures that take place in space and could be run between any two worlds.
So that is 60 books in total, released at one a month, thuse the 5 year time scale.
The goal is the create a subsector where the characters can go anywhere, do anything and there will be adventures waiting for them.
The third adventure in this series is Saferoom Heist. It has the team hired to help one son secure his rightful inheritance from his disowned older brother. The older brother on the other hand has all the criminal contacts one could want to make his younger sibling simply disappear.
The balancing factor is that hopefully, the younger brother has the resourceful player characters on their side.
Parts of this adventure were inspired by Léon The Professional, Leverage, and the Mission Impossible Franchise.
There is another motive going on here. FTL:Nomad is a great system, but fairly young. There are not that many publishers supporting it. What I would like to do is try and dominate this niche by regularly releasing new titles. Right now there are 13 titles excluding a discount bundle and the free quickstart by the publisher, and three of those are mine, so over 20% of all the titles.
These adventures are also my testbed for my own photobased art. Taking several photos and creating a unique artwork from them.
