Firstly, I will point out that it really is the 10of August and I am finally back on time!
I am reading this question as games based on a fiction, and which game I think has done the best job. For me, it is a too up between Modiphius’s Star Trek Adventures and Free Leegue’s Alien.
Now I come to the point where I need to make a choice, I will go for Star Trek Adventures. I have played a few Star Trek games but STA is the one that I think I would go back to, and there is the new Captain’s Log, explicitly dedicated to solo play.
I played STA using my own oracles, and I haven’t bought Captain’s Log yet, but I am due a treat in September (my wife is away for 3 weeks visiting family and I definitely deserve a treat for looking after all the animals on my own for three weeks).
So, that is my answer, Star Trek, and I don’t have a preference for which version.
