Art and Price are One

Today’s video dealt with the relationship between the art you can afford to put in a book and the price you charge for it.

The issue most people have seems to be undervaluing their work, being too embarrassed to charge what it is worth and possibly imposter syndrome.

On the other hand, if you charge a decent price for your work, you will have more money to invest in your creations. That means better books for the people buying them.

Ultimately, we all want to produce the best books we can. Undervaluing your work will not help you achieve that goal!

So this is my take on why you should charge as high a price as you can while remaining good value for money. Which of course is the balancing act!
